I looked at emporio armani ads. and tried to remake one with a baby

week of 5/14-18

Ive decided that my favorite program is photoshop now, so ive been working on some tutorials as well as some images on my own. one tutorial was a comic book effect which i tried to apply on beckham. beckham was also my dummy for a tutorial for a weave effect. i also mesed around with a picture of drake. which i added filters and texture

so ive been messing around a lot with illustratror. mostly random stuff. ive been trying to create a funny/clever t-shirt but i was not successful :/ although i did have an idea to create vvvvvv

i think the smiley faces are funny. i just slapped them on there at the end.

ive been wokring on a silhoutte on ilustrator. its actually a picture of me. i dont think its school appropriate... so i worke on it at home. i am thinking about making it into a shirt.

i was still messing around with the beach picture, and i wanted a silhouette. i used the pen tool to create it, and added a really big outer glow and an inner glow, then i added a background color and it came out looking pretty trippy but i like it

my friends and i went to the beach over the weekend and i thought one of the pictures was funny. i just wanted to mess around with the light. i ended up just adding a bunch of filters to make the background look really fake, but i masked out the bodies to keep them normal and make them stand out

it has been a while since ive used indesign, but i wanted to joim in on making a magazine cover. although i didnt really follow the guidelines, i kind of just went freestyle. and since my theme was a soccer player, i did it in spanish :p

I was a little bored, so I messed around with a really low res picture of spiderman and masked my face onto it. I even went with the peter parker hair style. i think it looks funny. just for giggles :p

I want to t learn how to use filters and what each of them do. So I followed a tutorial that invloves filters for sharpening and noise.

so in class, I wanted to create something similiar to the I <3 NY logo for a shirt, but with SS for Serra Soccer and ta heart shaped soccer ball. This was my result.
and then I got the shirts made for my family as well :)

So Ive been messing around with photoshop and just created some silly images. I thought  they were funny. the guy has bushy nose and ear hair and a smiley face on his cheek. and a receded hairline. i edited megan fox's tattoo and gave her two sets of extra lips and a bad sunburn on her back with a hand stamped on it. i mostly used the clone stamp.

i followed a tutorial to creat a gloomy text effect. i used mtotion blurs and couds to try to imitate this effect. there was a lot of duplicating layers. at the end, my final piece looked nothing like the example, but i actually like it better because its dark and it looks weird.

i used some skills i learned earlier to create a mini collage to use for my senior exhibition. it was rectangular selections filled with white and that was it ! :)

i used some pictures from soccer to create one image. i want to use it for a slide for my senior exhibition. i used a  mask to hide parts from a picture. i also used the clone tool to change where i was located in the middle of the picture to the sied in order to fit in a text box. i am pleased with the overall result. i know that the fields dont match up, but i was just trying to make it blend in somewhat and the green background works for me.

i found an interesting tutorial on lighting and masking. I started the tutorial by masking person on a white background onto a black background. i added some lighting by using the ellipse selection and gradeints and masks to blend it. brushes were used to use as lights also. i used illustrator to create a vector shape to add some design to the image.

Im still working on photoshop tutorials because i didnt get a chance to work on anything during the break. I worked on a tutorial to create Drake's "Thank Me Now" album cover, but i made it with Cristiano Ronaldo's face. It was levels adjustments. inner and outer shadowns and a blur. fairly easy. i also worked on a reflection on sunglasses. the most important things i believe is to spherize the image on the reflection and also make it a little bit more opaque. i only did one lens.
