1. Adjust the spacing between the letter of your name. The P is too far from the U but the L I and D need to have a little more space between them to make it more legible.
2. I love the Serra Soccer portion of the logo (including the replacement of the O with a ball. The date needs some tweaking. Since the size of "It's a lifestyle is smaller and lighter than the year is creates a small amount of tension between which is more important. You might try to reduce the size of the year and drop the streak lines on the right. You could also try dropping the size of the dates even more and fitting them about the logo... not sure how that would look until its done but something to try out.
On a seperate note, I love how self sufficent your and Alfonso are. You're both find ways to stretch your design skills. I'm really pleased with the work.
